Free Training To Get You Started in a Career!
Altercare provides free training to help you begin your career in health care. If you enjoy working with people, and would like to become a State-Tested Nurse Aide, we will provide the training necessary to become certified.
In addition, our Tuition Reimbursement Program pays retention bonuses to professional nurses who join our team and have recent educational expenses relating to their profession.
Altercare also offers employees who have been with the company a year or more a career ladder experience through the Educational Assistance Program. This program pays for educational expenses for approved candidates entering the Program in pursuit of career advancement with the company.
