Shift Supervisor
Position Requirements:
- Managing an automated dialer
- Field Marshal type skills, Organizational Skills, Ability to improvise on the fly
- Knowing where your shift and all of its programs/jobs are for the day and month compared to where they should be.
- Focus on producing the highest revenue possible while accomplishing client and Incept goals at the same time.
- Strong personal values
- Expert at building relationships, motivating and leading
- Develop plans for support, seating, and scheduling
- Evaluate and develop Coaches
- Manage job specific stats, agent stats, time zone reports, and schedules.
- Watch stats and dialer reporting tools for the entire shift. Look for red flags and notify the appropriate coach or supervisor
- Work 4 days a week which would alternate, anticipated to be 12:00(noon) - 11:45PM each of the 4 days.
Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree with applicable experience
Work12:00(noon) - 11:45PM 4 days a week (which would alternate.)
Reports to: Director of Contact Center Results The person would work 4 days a week and those days would alternate
