- Handle all maintenance calls: IT, copier, etc.
- Outlook calendar for CEO (schedule appointments, update calendar, etc. at request)
- Filing system: file, organize, and maintain – set up job specific payables folder & file necessary documents
- Office supplies – organization, monitor, shop, and manage budget
- Research various purchases at request
- Mail – sorting, sending, postage meter maintenance, maintain mailboxes
- UPS/FedEx Priority Mailing
- Go-To Person for miscellaneous assistance (copies, assembly, etc.)
- Scheduling various office lunches and interviews
- Phone system: maintenance (conference calls set up) & oversight
- Answering phone
- Covering lunch hour of other office staff as needed
- Managing the schedule and usage of conference rooms
- Travel arrangements
- Welcome all visitors, maintain visitors log, and organize necessary refreshments and food
