The Wireless Sales Consultant's primary function is to greet customers and assist them throughout the entire sales process. In addition, they should be able to assist as needed with service and repair inquiries, operational tasks and maintaining store appearance.
We are looking for individuals who:
Â• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Â• Thoroughly understand wireless devices and/or wireless technology
Â• Capable of confidently approaching customers to sell products and/or services in a retail environment
Â• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Â• Professional demeanor and appearance
Â• Available to work retail hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays
Â• Reliable transportation
Experience in the wireless industry is not needed. We provide paid on-the-job training, online training, and one-on-one coaching with the Retail Sales Manager and Regional Managers.
