We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to oversee administration for both companies. As the Benefits Coordinator, you would be responsible for two key processes in our talent retention: new hire orientation and benefits administration. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: employee census, benefits renewal, point of contact for internal and external individuals, and COBRA administration.
Key skills include: proficient in Microsoft Office products, excellent deadline management, extremely organized, strong written and verbal skills.
