This is a vital role within our Business Generation Group. Your primary responsibilities as a Business Development Analyst will be to reach out to executives in the recruiting and HR industries for the purpose of promoting contract staffing on a national scale.

You will contact and meet with executive recruiting firms, staffing firms, associations, and large internet properties to identify and close opportunities for our contract staffing business.  You will research and create outreach strategies, and build relationships that generate new business.  You will also work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and operations team in order to create ongoing repeatable revenue streams.

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in a related field with a high GPA.
  • An extreme attention to detail, is highly motivated, and is self-disciplined.
  • 5+ years experience in a professional environment with a successful track record.
  • A positive attitude, is highly motivated, and can train and lead others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with senior executives who are detailed and ask tough questions.
  • Integrity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think analytically and creatively.

  • Find new business opportunities, and qualify the opportunities by evaluating their feasibility for execution.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the recruiting and staffing industry. Ensure that these relationships benefit both the company and individual.
  • Attend relevant events and be an evangelist for our company.  Help promote our company’s brand in the minds of every executive recruiter in the US.  
  • Be prepared to travel 20% of the time.
  • Remain knowledgeable of internal company procedures, operations, and limitations, to ensure that we’re only selling what we can accurately deliver.
  • Help identify, create, and participate in marketing initiatives.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to working closer with the influential members of our industry, and serve as a go-to resource to the rest of the marketing team.
  • Build relationships with prospects, trainers, industry associations and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
