The main objectives for the Client Service Specialist are (1) to provide excellent customer service to clients, referral partners and other third parties by committing to welcoming all persons to the Firm, answering and returning all telephone calls, scheduling all appointments, and preparing all declination and other related paperwork to prospective clients and referral partners and (2) support the Case Administrators and Attorneys by committing to receive and sort mail, generate reports and complete all assigned projects.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an on hour unpaid lunch. Overtime may be required as workload demands.
Must be 18 years or older and have high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certificate program in legal assisting preferred. Excellent telephone, typing and computer skills required. Ability to operate standard office equipment (copy machines, fax machines, calculators), computers and computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
