Work with children, parents, Director and staff to provide a quality preschool program where children can grow and learn.
Candidate must: Understand developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education, have a thorough understanding of the Early Learning Content Standards, pass ODJFS background check (including fingerprinting), possess good reading/writing/speaking/listening skills, be able to sit/walk/reach with hands and arms/stoop/kneel/bend/occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Education & Work Experience: High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is desired. Must have verifiable satisfactory experience working with young children and must meet all licensing requirements.
Full-time position working 35-40 hours/week 52 weeks/year (schedule similar to 8:00am-5:00pm with hour lunch break). Pay rate of $10/hour.
