Local multi media company is seeking a part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Handle customer inquiries on inbound calls and emails
- Provide information about our products and services through email marketing and phone calls
- Follow up on sales leads
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist team members as needed
- Coordinates with Management, Sales Team and Product Development
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Office skill level
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and operations
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Hours will be Monday – Friday 9am to 1pn.
