Position Description:
•Supervise, motivate and coach team of 8-15 call center employees
•Monitor calls and provide feedback to call center staff
•Motivate team members to work together to achieve goals
•Organize team meetings and design and execute contests
•Monitor and develop methods to improve call center performance
•Create, analyze and recommend script revisions
Essential Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work in a high energy environment
