Progressive, well established servicing company is seeking qualified applicants for full time positions in our Default Department.  Preferred experience includes quality control, residential loan processing, underwriting or loss mitigation experience.  Must have excellent communication and math skills and a good knowledge of PMI, VA/FHA requirements for loan modification, forbearance plans, pre -foreclosure sales, deeds in lieu and partial claims.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows including Excel and Word.
