Occupational Therapist

Work a 9-month school schedule, days only, with school-age students who have mental retardation and developmental disabilities.  Participate on an interdisciplinary team, develop, provide and administer therapy services.  Evaluate individual deficits and disabilities.  Determine performance capabilities and levels of functioning.  Assess physiological status, daily living skills, and range of motion.  Use appropriate and varied modalities as deemed necessary.  Consult with staff, families and physicians.  Prepare reports, maintain case records and conduct follow-ups. 
 

Requirements:

•  BS Degree
• Current Ohio Therapy License
• Ohio Department of Education Licensure.
