Sr. Recruiter / Account Executive

A North Canton, OH executive search firm, with over 35 years in business, will be adding a competitive team player to our professional staff. We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and personally engaging Sr. Recruiter or Account Executive to take over a book of business and support senior staff members on clients' search assignments.

Will be performing research, sourcing, recruiting, referencing, and client development for with our North American based manufacturing clientele. High performing individuals will be moved into an Account Executive role, spearheading client development, managing search assignments, and supervising assigned Recruiters. Must possess previous business experience preferably in staffing, recruiting, or search.

We offer Base Salary, Performance Based Bonus, 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Medical.
