Inbound Program Results Supervisor

Incept is looking for an Inbound Program Results Supervisor to lead diverse project groups of 10-15 CME's (Conversational Marketing Experts), to consistently surpass our client's performance and productivity goals. Individuals need to be able to connect with different personality types in order to instruct, coach, and hold CME's accountable to performance standards. This is done by analyzing live data, monitoring live calls, monitoring recorded calls, and using this information to provide clear and consistent coaching and feedback. In addition to these needs, the qualified candidate will be able to accommodate inbound scheduling needs, workflow management, minor research and reporting, and minor client interaction.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle any schedule variance, request-off issues, and overtime worked.
  • Track CME phone time, downtime, and call-off, for daily revenue.
  • Complete Coaching forms on all CME's.
  • Study successful calls to compile and pass along best practices.
  • Compile data on a daily basis to complete feedback, revenue, and other assigned tasks before the end of the day.
  • Make phone calls to enhance your skills.
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve Contact Center Results.
  • Develop ways to combine reports to streamline the information needed in order to be effective.
  • CME Reviews
  • Call monitoring, handle supervisor calls, answer questions.
  • Assist CME's and customers with software issues
  • Work with client to make all policies and procedures are being followed and client needs are being met.
  • Monitor Conversational Quality

Job Requirements

  • College Degree is required
  • Ability to use analytics to formulate daily plans
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • Previous Inbound Management or Call Center experience.
