Top Echelon Software is looking for a Training and Support Specialist to support the training and development of Top Echelon's customer success team. The ideal candidate is relentlessly process driven, organized, and detail-oriented. The Training and Support Specialist will support the creation and ongoing execution of Top Echelon's success development programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to think creatively, problem solve, and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.

 

About the Job

A Training & Support Specialist will be part of a dynamic team that strives to help our customers succeed. This person will help drive the initiatives for the planning and execution for the success of new and current customers. The Training and Support Specialist will need to possess experience and aptitude to excel in creating, organizing, and implementing online training and support initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develop web-delivered training courses that meet specific course objectives.
  • Create content in direct support of web­-based training.
  • Develop and incorporate new design elements for course presentations into web­-delivered training courses.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for web­-delivered courses to training participants, partners, and others as directed.
  • Assist with customer support issues and questions regarding Top Echelon products and services.
  • Provide design and graphic support for materials used in courses, in in-app educational engagements, or as part of a marketing campaign.
  • Assist in the development of tools and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the training course offerings in meeting the needs of customers.
  • Incorporate feedback from class participants into improved teaching methodology.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry trainers to plan, organize and coordinate a monthly webinar series.

The Ideal Candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working within the recruitment industry or a training role.
  • Aptitude for technology and software applications and the ability to successfully train technical applications.
  • Superb prioritization skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills accompanied by excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to provide exceptional follow-through with customers.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A customer driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, a high level of motivation, detail oriented skills, and analytical-thinking in past experiences.
  • Public speaking experience.
