Registered Nurse (RN): Under the supervision of a Professional Nurse, render nursing care to residents. Observe and report symptoms and conditions, take and accurately record temperature, respiration, pulse and blood pressure, administer medications and record reactions, maintain records reflecting the residents conditions, assist with feeding residents and assist in improving the welfare of the residents.
Registered Nurse (RN): Current License with the Ohio Board of Nursing, CPR Certified.
