Qualifications:

High School Diploma

College degree or some college - Preferred

Prior customer service or sales experience - Preferred

Good verbal communication skills.

Valid Ohio Driver's License - Required

Duties include:

Assisting customers to select the best footwear for their needs using learned product knowledge.

Use fitting skills learned to assist customers in getting a properly fitted shoe/boot.

Assist customers in maintenance and care of their footwear.

Basic computer operations.

Showroom merchandising and restocking.

Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders

Available to work evenings and weekends Store hours: M-F 10a-8p, Sat 10a-5p, Sun 12p-4p
