*This person must have strong managerial skills. Able to communicate with factory Reps along with parts personal, sales managers, techs, and customers! 

• Must be a problem solver and keep up to date all training and follow factory guidelines.

• Have great computer skills with Arkona, Dealer Track and factory software. 
• Maintain above average CSI scores. 
• Set and achieve monthly goals. 
• Manage workflow so the department has maximum performance. 
• Able to work with used car managers to assure a fast turnaround time. 
• We are looking for a long-term manager to be with us for a long time. 

• Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a background check.
