Description
As Top Echelon’s Account Executive, you are responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business within the recruiting, HR, and staffing industries. As the individual who represents Top Echelon and drives its revenue, you must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time with new logo opportunities.
We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of transactional deals. You'll meet and exceed goals through detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, customer presentations & product demonstrations, and closing sales. You will use your previous experience to provide an incredible customer experience during the sales cycle, and through the transition from sales to implementation.
As a Top Echelon Account Executive, a typical day might include:
- Establishing a relationship and communicating Top Echelon’s value proposition to a key decision maker at a prospective client
- Managing the qualification process based upon Top Echelon’s prospecting criteria
- Developing your personal sales style and pitch
- Monitoring your sales activity (call prospect, qualify company, schedule demonstration)
- Maintaining a standard sales report, such as a weekly forecast, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, or business plan report
This job might be for you if:
- You have 1-3 years experience with the recruitment, HR and staffing industry: either as a Recruiter yourself, or selling products or services into this unique market
- Strong preference for Digital Marketing sales experience
- Proven track record of sales excellence
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas
- You love building relationships, and have a proven track record of using problem-solving and interpersonal skills to achieve sales goals
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
- Superior professional presence and business acumen
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience with recruiting or hiring
- Previous experience with an ATS or CRM or sales software
