Description

Kovatch Castings is a growing manufacturer of precision investment castings produced to meet aerospace, military, defense, and commercial customer investment casting needs.  We currently have a full time Accounting Office Clerk position available.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Scanning & filing Accounting records daily
  • Processing Vendor invoices – matching up with PO & entering invoices in the system
  • Weekly check runs
  • Processing Purchase Orders – typing up from requisition, placing orders & scanning/filing
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets as assigned - Excel experience required
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  Two year Associate Degree or related coursework, or equivalent experience.

Wage range-$13.25 - $14.50; Monday-Friday, 7-3:30, could be some flexibility.
