Neurocare Center is seeking a full time professional Administrative Assistant to join our team! The objective of this position is to provide sufficient support to the management team by ensuring efficiency with day to day communication, clerical and administrative task completion. A component of this position will include onboarding new employees and  completing new employee paperwork. In addition, this position will be assisting with various credentialing duties to ensure providers are current on payer plans and hospital privileges.  This position will also be responsible assisting the Practice Administrator with high level clerical tasks, reporting and various IT duties as well as assisting the management team with various daily job functions such as, but not limited to:

* Filing, faxing, scanning and sending documents internally in the office and to outside resources

*  Assisting with Human Resources by creating and posting job openings internally and externally to fill vacant positions, tracking incoming applications and arranging interviews, submitting back ground checks , calling on references and collecting all necessary documentation prior to hiring a candidate

* Recording  minutes at committee meetings with high level of accuracy

* Scheduling meetings or other social events

*Troubleshooting or creating tickets for IT support

* Creating spreadsheets via Excel and maintaining accurate and timely data for various finance and scheduling reports

* Filling out various forms and documents with high level accuracy

* Assisting with credentialing and re-credentialing providers for hospital privileges or insurance carrier plans

* Assisting with creating reports for various committee meetings

* Assisting with annual open enrollment for the company to select benefits and contacting benefit vendors to arrange meetings

* Organizing and preparation for staff meetings--making copies of necessary handbook policies and documents to distribute to staff

*Assisting with updating handbook policies and maintain a current handbook for the staff

 

The candidate we are seeking will have a high level of proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Outlook and excellent data entry skills.  The candidate will have a strong ability to work independently after training and instruction and with careful follow through of assignments.
