Perry Township Board of Trustees is accepting applications for an outgoing, experienced full-time Administrative Assistant. This individual will primarily assist the Township Administrator and others as directed. The position is full-time and will involve a 40-hour work week. The position pays $21.50 an hour and a full health benefits package.
-Greet public; make appropriate referrals for services
-Answer telephones and directs calls as necessary
-Type correspondence and various items as required
-Accounting skills and/or UAN experience is preferred
-Maintain record keeping and files of the Administration Office
-Pereonic transcription of meeting minutes, take dictation and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and some administrative duties
-Other tasks as assigned by the Administrator for fiscal, and zoning departments

- Minimum five (5) years experience in a secretarial/administrative position
