Our growing company is looking for a part time / flex time Administrative Assistant to execute the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Basic Human resource functions
- AP and AR processing
- Sales order creation & entry
- Job cost data compilation
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- General office administrative duties
- Support and assist company Office Manager
- Other data entry and filing as required
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and an exceptional ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate with have 1-2 years experience in an office admin role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must be comfortable in a small office, manufacturing environment with a fast, demanding pace.
Company will consider candidates who are interested in a flex-time, part-time schedule, with 25-30 hours per week offered. Wage commensurate with experience.
