Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of solid customer service experience face to face or over the phone, call center preferred
• Must pass pre-employment testing
• Exceptional computer skills

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on task and be detail oriented
• Show empathy to customers to address concerns
• Ability to think quickly with outside of the box ideas to quickly address customers’ needs
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
