Ameridial is seeking 20 sales/customer service representatives for upcoming training classes. If you are looking for a start in a call center or you are an experienced sales or customer service agent Ameridial has a position available for you. We have a variety of shifts to fill and trainings are starting soon.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Above average typing and screen navigation skills
• 6  months of previous sales experience/ customer service experience  face to face or over the phone, call center preferred (depending on program)
• Must pass -pre-employment testing

• Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to quickly turn around an upset caller
• Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated & Upbeat
• Excellent communication skills
