Assistant Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Assistant Shift Supervisor will assist the Shift Supervisor and have the ability to be hands-on, manage production lines, employees, production processes and maintain high quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Mold Set ups and Insert Changeovers
• Set up auxiliary equipment
• Monitor computer system for changeovers and direct as needed
• Enter scrap and downtimes in computer system
• Communicate with the Quality Inspectors to ensure our production is good.
• Train new operators proper procedure
• Comply with all processing procedures as set up by the Production Manager.
• Use computer for system actions related to inventory, scheduling, process documentation, and communications.

Experience:

• 2 Years- Supervisor in a Manufacturing Environment: A plus
• 2 years -Plastic Injection Molding: A must
• 2 Years -Plastic Injection Molding Processing - A must
