Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Effectively guide customers through the sales process
  • Perform professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
  • Use the CRM system to follow up with customers
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Enthusiastic with high energy
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Strong interpersonal communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
