Serra Auto Park has a very rare opening for a Service Advisor / Writer. Previous experience is a plus. Applicants must have proven customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office product and general computer applications. Job tasks include but are not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing customer requests, completing final paperwork for customer’s service and follow up with clients. Applicants must be able to work some evenings and every other Saturday.
