Hartville Kitchen Bakery located inside the Hartville Kitchen Restaurant has been dedicated to making and serving Great Home-Style baked goods since 1966. The Hartville Kitchen Bakery supplies the restaurant with pies, cakes and dinner rolls in addition to our retail sales. We produce homemade pies (21 flavors plus four seasonal pies), breads, cookies (15 varieties), dinner rolls, biscuits, and pastries. We also offer 21 different dessert cakes (2 are seasonal flavors), plus we do special order decorated cakes.

Every day our bakers are busy mixing the freshest ingredients into tantalizing creations. Just follow the delicious aroma of fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, strudels, apple fritter bread and breads to our bakery counter.

Hartville Kitchen Bakery production team is responsible for maintaining a high quality of bakery items for the restaurant and our retail bakery on a daily basis. This position is an hourly full time position.

Requirements:

• Mixing, preparing and baking skills
• Meeting daily quotas in a timely manner
• Must be 18 years of age
• Team player
• Available early mornings, weekends and holidays

Skills:

• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Good organizational skills
• Commercial Bakery production experience is helpful.
