Position Available: Behavioral Health Client Account Specialist

Job Duties/Description:

Employee will spend most days on the phone calling guarantors to collect payments, set up payment plans, and update fee agreements. Must have a calm persona and work well with others. Will be working closely with Billing department to maintain accuracy of financial information and discuss collections. Will be required to meet specific collection metrics without being “hard-core” collections.

Must be self-motivated and willing to work independently. May be asked to help with other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Will vary based on experience
Hours: Regular Non-Exempt Full-time position
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, will include one evening per week.
