Minimum Qualifications:

· Knowledge of paint systems

· Paint products knowledge

· Ability to mix paint

· Auto body repair skills

· Must be able to supply your own set of basic hand tools set

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Supervision of technicians and performance of daily operations

· Assist supervisor with evaluations on employees.

· Ensure that the daily flow of work is consistent with the needs of the company.

· Check inventory of paint and supplies daily.

· Manages employee performance ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of services in accordance with Kimble practices and procedures and applicable regulations

· Possess an understanding of Kimble Core Values and applies principles of Positive Leadership in supervision of technicians

· All other duties assign by management
