Country Club Resort is searching for a bridal sales professional with a catering background and excellent organizational skills. Duties include:

• Follow-up on club inquiries
• Represent the company at Bridal Trade shows
• Responsible for turning a couple's wedding vision into reality
• Assisting with menu selection
• Coordinating menu tasting
• Organizing setup needs
• Vendor suggestions
• Booking and coordinating vendors for the wedding day
• Booking hotel room blocks at the club for the wedding needs
• Providing proposals to the bridal family for approval
• Working with Marketing Manager on club promotion and advertising
• Booking, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners and “Send-Off” Brunches.
• Jonas Club Management Software is used to produce event orders. Experience a plus
• Microsoft Office experience- Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Obtaining club's sales goals and budget
