LED Executive Services is seeking reliable and courteous drivers to join our team. As an essential part of our transportation team, you’ll ensure passengers reach their destinations, both locally and out of town, safely and comfortably.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Motorcoach Operator positions available.    

Responsibilities:

• Operate motorcoaches safely and efficiently while complying with LED policies and Department of Transportation regulations.  
• Follow schedules for on-time arrivals and departures.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and special needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and staff.
• Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Exhibit dependability, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications: 

• Valid CDL license with passenger endorsement (CDL-A or CDL-B).
• Clean driving record; motorcoach experience preferred.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a D.O.T. Drug, Alcohol and Background check.. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for inspections and minor issues.

Compensation:

• Pay based on experience.
• Overnight travel includes per diem pay.
• 90-day probationary period.
