In need of a Class A CDL driver. Driver will be hauling steel, making multiple deliveries a day. Expected to secure loads with straps and tarp when needed. Most trailers have a Conestoga tarp attached to them. Driver usually get an average of 50 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. These are local routes so our driver are home every night. There is a 90 day evaluation period where the employee can earn 3 raises, in 3 months!

Pay Rate starts between $19-$20 an hour.

Attendance is very important to keep happy customers. We financially reward attendance throughout the year. Attendance bonuses add up to over $2,800. Attendance bonus is paid quarterly. Also, Stark Metal Sales provides health care packages for its employees. We offer multiple plans, but the base plan premium package is paid for all employees. Around a $320 monthly premium that we cover. All in all there are over $6,500 worth of incentives an employee can earn each year.
