Kovatch Castings, in business for over 40 years, is a manufacturer of precision investment castings produced to meet aerospace, military, defense, and commercial customer investment castings needs. We currently have a first shift opening for a CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 7yrs experience on V.M.C. (4th axis a plus) and C.N.C Lathe (2 axis).
• Must have a minimum of 7yrs experience with all types of measurement equipment.
• Must have a selection of your own hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Understanding of basic math (decimals, fractions, ratios, and geometry).
• Understanding of Blueprint reading and GD and T.
• Ability to make your own machine adjustments to produce conforming parts.
• Ability to read C.M.M. reports a plus.
• Manual layout and inspection experience is a plus.
• C.A.D. / C.A.M. experience, preferably Mastercam, is a plus.
• Journeyman Machinist training documentation is a plus.
