Description
Advanced Caulking and Restoration is hiring a full time estimator.
- 2+ years’ experience in estimating
- Ability to read drawings and perform take-offs from construction plans
- Estimate labor, equipment, and materials needed to create and submit a quote
- Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors
- Monitor projects with respect to current status, timelines and completion dates
- Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality of estimates
- Able to understand problems and make decisions to benefit the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word. Quickbooks is a plus
- Company Vehicle for bidding for Builders Exchange and field locations and company cell phone
- Salary starting at $52,000.00 with Medical Benefits and 1 week vacation
