Job Summary:

 

The Contract and Compliance Specialist is responsible for the enforcement of e-commerce channel management policies, customer contract management, and to support brand standard enforcement.  To serve as the point of contact between customers and management, collaborate amongst groups to manage the timely and accurate maintenance of contracts and policies.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

E-Com Channel Policy Management

 

  1. Address all inquiries regarding the EMAP/Authorized Seller Program. Acts as the subject matter expert for the organization to ensure contracts, policies, and procedures are adhered to the current regulations.

 

  1. Coordinate and follow all guidelines for document reviews, proofs of compliance, audit of product and websites, consumer guarantees and EMAP processes.

Oversees Customer Contracts 

 

  1. Monitor compliance with customer agreements.  Identify and facilitate corrective action for reoccurring issues such as billings, chargebacks, and credits. 

 

  1. Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy, including circulate, outline, and document changes. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies. Communicate with customers and sales managers to ensure customer’s needs are understood and addressed to avoid any non-compliance or chargebacks.

 

IP Registrations and Infringements

 

  1. Work with management to research and address potential IP infringements.

 

  1. Maintain IP as it relates to Trademarks and Patents by providing all necessary information, proof and samples to legal council.

Qualifications:

 

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, six years of contract or paralegal experience.  Must be proficient in Excel and Word and have above average communication skills both written and oral.  Preferred candidates should also be able to work in a team environment.
