Operations Manager / Customer Service Manager needed for a local Relocation company. Will be responsible for Daily Leadership & Direction within the Customer Service department and Operations.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Coordinates and supervises daily activities of customer service / operations dept.
Sets priorities to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities for CSR’s and dept staff
Applies expertise to solve problems within the dept.
Makes decisions, often difficult and/or unpopular, by careful weighing pros and cons and acting for the benefit of work team and customer. Coaches/supports subordinates in their decision-making efforts.
Provides direction in discussing and creating development plans.
Builds confidence and respect of others through a positive and energizing style.
Assists work team in achievement of goals achieves own goals/commitments regardless of obstacles.
Builds customer relationships.
Ability to effectively lead a group of others towards a common goal.
Ability to work past scheduled shift, when needed.
Respond with a sense of urgency.
Create and build a culture based on the execution of daily tasks.
Answer and handle to successful completion calls coming into Customer Service / Operations from account base/customer cliental.
Prefer a minimum of 2 years prior experience as Operations / Customer Service Manager in the Relocation Industry environment, with some college course study preferred also.
