Our client, located in Akron, is looking for skilled and experienced seasonal customer service representatives who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. This position will last 3-4 months, and start as soon as possible.
The Customer Service Representative will answer inquiries regarding topics such as online orders, merchandise, and repairs by clarifying information and making decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.

• Previous experience in customer service
