Ameridial is seeking customer service representatives to join a new department in our healthcare division. In this role you would place outbound calls to assist with contacting members of client health plans who may be in need of care through tele-medicine. You would instruct them on how to set up an online visit with their healthcare provider.

The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-8pm and Saturday 9am-6pm. You can expect to be scheduled an 8-hour shift in between those times and you would be off Sunday and one day during the week.

This position would require that you complete training in office.

After 30 days of in-office work you are may be able to transition to working-at-home.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of solid & recent customer service experience, call center preferred
  • Must attend mandatory training
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing

Qualifications

  • Ability to show empathy to caller’s sensitive medical needs
  • Understanding of HIPAA & medical terminology
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detail orientation, strong organization skills , and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Moderate computer skills
