Customer Service/Dispatcher
The Maintenance Company, Inc (TMC) is a national facility maintenance company, providing maintenance management services to commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with receiving and dispatching work requests to service technicians nationwide.
Correspond by phone, e-mail, and web-based platforms to schedule maintenance repair services.
Provide detailed updates to customers and property managers on service requests.
Coordinate and confirm completion of service requests.
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office
Basic math skills and the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
