Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to work accurately, with interruptions, to meet deadlines; ability to work well independently and as part of a team; ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.

Job Description:
• Talks with customers by phone or in person to help resolve issues or concerns
• Receive orders via phone, fax, internet, or e-mail
• Enter and maintain orders until point of shipment
• Work with cross functional teams and directly with customers to resolve challenges and ensure orders are shipped on time and in full
• Track orders after shipment for overages / shortages and notify customers of any discrepancies
• Proactively reviews aging inventory and determines disposition
• Investigate complaints to resolve and/or refer to appropriate departments for investigation
• Provide support to sales and management through information reporting

Requirements:
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• To perform this job successfully the person must be able to work well with others in the spirit of cooperation
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with customers and internal team members
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Office Suites skills 
• Must be organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities.
• Must be able to manage multiple task to meet deadlines
• Proven track record with demonstrated to ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the team objectives
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Terrific work ethic accompanied by a positive attitude
• Show grace under pressure with a sense of humor
• Ability to adapt well to change
• Strong attention to detail
