Liberty HealthShare is seeking committed and professional Customer Service Representatives – English and/or Bilingual (Member Services Care Advocates).

Liberty HealthShare (www.libertyhealthshare.org) is a non-profit Christian Ministry that provides an alternative solution for health care needs. Liberty HealthShare is made up of like-minded individuals who voluntarily share one another's medical expenses.

Our Customer Service Representatives (Member Services) must be professional in appearance and speech since they are representing themselves as well as Liberty HealthShare.

Our Customer Service Representatives (Member Services) will minister to our providers and / or members by answering and resolving questions related to the memberships while providing excellent customer service.

Hours for the position are: 11:00 am-7:30 pm.

Primary duties:

• To answer high volume calls while remaining caring, cooperative and calm
• Must have experience with high volume calls
• To use active listening skills
• To multi task while on and off the phone
• To possess dynamic computer skills that include accuracy and precise detail
• To follow through on tasks as promised
• Be a team player
• Be coachable in a positive manner
• This is NOT a sales job and No up-selling
• There are no scripts to follow
• Be a people person that gets joy out of helping others
• Experience with high volume calls will certainly help for this position
• Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.We embrace successful candidates from varied backgrounds for this exciting position. We welcome experience from previous careers including in one on one customer care, retail, and medical, promotional and other service oriented fields.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferably)
