MYCAP  is a non-profit organization, serving low to moderate-income residents in Mahoning County.  The Energy Auxiliary Specialist must have a work history demonstrating excellent professional customer services in person or by phone. This position requires the specialist to exercise empathy, compassion and has consideration of the customer’s circumstance. Experience developing and managing excel data collection spreadsheets; must have the ability to learn specific program databases and provide accurate data entry with attention to detail; work experience coding of invoices, process of payments along with effective relationship building skills to work with contractors and vendors to assure work orders are completed in a timely manner each month. Development and maintenance of compliant customer and contractor files; prepare timely monthly reports for supervisor on goals met or not met for each program assigned. Field visits to worksites will be required to ensure compliance and regulations are followed by vendors and contractors. Must be computer savvy, excellent reading, communication, and writing skills; a self-starter, and goal-oriented to meet grant/program goals and compliance. Work history must demonstrate experience working in a non-profit organization or has worked with the diverse population in the county. Requires the ability to travel locally and out of town for training. A valid and insurable driver’s license is required. Starting Rate:  $16.50 an hour, commensurate with work experience and credentials. Work hours are Monday – Thursday, full-time or part-time hours available, schedule may vary. DFW, EEOE
