This position requires an individual that is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent computer skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to multi-task.  Responsibilities include maintaining print sets for the engineering and assembly departments, scanning and filing drawings/documents, covering the switchboard duties for short periods, assisting with daily tasks, building and maintaining service manuals, assist with special projects, organizing mail, and other duties.

Successful candidates should have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, a high degree of professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work with all levels of employees in a friendly and professional manner, and have the ability to be creative and flexible in order to meet deadlines while working with changing priorities.  Individuals should be comfortable with various forms of technology.
