Provide support for manufacturing processes as well as manage improvements, cost reduction, safety, quality and capacity projects.  Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical and process problems, design new equipment and manage manufacturing process variation.  Technical support to operations for any throughput or safety issues that may hinder production.  Resolve ongoing chronic issues.  Manage projects using sound engineering principles to drive to completion.  Plan and coordinate technical design and engineering implementation of work.  Provide detailed documentation at the completion of projects   Assist engineers with research and development, quality control or design. Documenting each system including its operating production, maintenance, and any modifications made to the system. Support the engineering and production staffs as required to meet safety, compliance, quality, and output goals. To act as an integral part of the plant leadership team and a leader of Company culture.
