Stable, supportive, local, and growing manufacturing company located in the Columbiana/Mahoning County region is looking for a uniquely qualified and motivated individual who has a passion to support executive staff. We are not just trying to fill a Personal Assistant position with a qualified candidate, but are searching for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and thrives in a chaotic environment.

This position requires individuals that are highly motivated self-starters with excellent computer skills, the ability to learn quickly and multi-task.  Responsibilities include managing office workflow, making travel arrangements online, scheduling and coordination of meetings, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining multiple electronic calendars, assist with special projects, organizing mail, and other duties.

Successful candidates should have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, high degree of professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, strong writing skills, ability to work with customers and all levels of employees in a friendly and professional manner, and have the ability to be creative and flexible in order to meet deadlines while working with changing priorities.  Individual should be comfortable with various forms of technology, including smart phones, tablets, as well as Apple iCloud and Google applications.  Prefer a strong iPhone user.
