EXPERIENCED RV TECHNICIAN

Applicants must have a good understanding of how to diagnose, write-up, and repair issues in new and used RVs. Potential candidates should have knowledge in a variety of areas pertaining to gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, towing systems, generators, appliances, carpentry, and interior components.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide and document complete diagnostic testing and repair or replacement services to customers
• Quoting repairs and scheduling your work
• Perform electrical and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Essential Job Skills:

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
• Knowledge in electrical, V-AC, and 12 volt systems
• Ability to repair or replace generator, appliances, awnings, and interior components
• Ability to perform LOF on gas and diesel units is a plus but not required
• Minimum 5-year service technician experience
• Upon hire, technicians must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Have a current valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills as this position requires interaction with our customers
• Self-motivated

• RV Service Technician: 5 years (Preferred) 
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
