Description

Local 5M non-profit social service agency is seeking an experienced Fiscal Specialist with a minimum of an associate degree in Accounting and/or 5 years or more equivalent experience.

Must have hands-on knowledge and responsibilities, preparation of financial statements, recording monthly deposits, reconciling and analyzing bank statements and general ledger; post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue; maintain record of fixed assets /inventory, and ability to assist with numerous grant budgets and track progress and compliance. QuickBooks experience a plus, Skills required: proven problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communications, ability to prioritize and work efficiently with various projects and team members.  Must have reliable transportation and insurable driver's license, DFWP, EEOE

Temp to Hire, $17.00 an hour, 40 hours a week, Monday - Thursday, may vary.
