Our companies focus is on threaded products – straight rod and U-bolts for the truck and trailer industry.  When we hire it is with the intent for employee longevity.  We provide a stable, long-term job for those who work hard.

We are looking for full-time general labor to work 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.  The position involves learning to run machines and packing product for same day shipments.  It is possible that the employee would be used in other areas of production as work load permits.  We will provide all training in other areas of our shop as needed.

There are currently 3 paid breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch.  We offer paid holidays, vacation, dental & health insurance (80% company/20% employee), 401k and uniforms; each after the respective time periods has been met. Steel toe boots are required (not provided), we will supply all other required personal protective equipment.

Starting pay rate is $10.50/hour.  There is a 90 day probationary period and review at which time if you are hired on full time a .50/hour increase will be given.
